BotIntelli — Audit Logs User Guide
This guide explains Audit Logs: how to view, filter, and export security and RBAC events for your organization.
What Are Audit Logs?
Audit Logs record security and RBAC events in your organization (e.g. role changes, member role changes, MFA status changes, invitations, custom role creation). You can query by event type and date range, view entries in a table, and export logs (e.g. JSON) for compliance or investigation.
Where to Find It

Complete User Journey
Step 1: Open Audit Logs
- You see a filters area and a table of log entries. Optionally a stats summary (e.g. total events, by type).
Step 2: Set Filters
- Event type: Choose All events or a specific type, e.g.:
- Role updated
- Member role changed
- Member suspended / reactivated
- MFA status changed
- Custom role created
- Invitation sent
- Date from / Date to: Set a date range so only events in that period are shown.
- Apply: The table updates (or updates automatically when you change filters).
Step 3: View Log Entries
- Table columns often include: Time, Event type, Actor (who did it), Target (e.g. user or role), Details or metadata. Scroll or paginate to see more.
Step 4: Export Logs
- Click Export (or “Export logs”). The app exports log data (e.g. JSON) for the current filters (often for the selected date range). The file downloads to your device. Use it for compliance or offline analysis.
Step 5: Pagination (When Available)
- Use Previous / Next (or page numbers) to move through pages of results when there are many entries.
