BotIntelli — Sign Up User Guide
This guide walks you through creating a new BotIntelli account step by step. Use it for organization signup (creating a new organization) or invitation signup (joining an existing organization via invite link).
Where to Start
- Website / app URL: Open BotIntelli (or your BotIntelli app URL).
- Go to Sign Up: On the landing page, click “Sign up” at the bottom of the sign-in card.
You can also go directly to:https://app.botintelli.com/?mode=signuporhttps://app.botintelli.com/register(which redirects to the same form).
Complete Sign Up Journey
Step 1: Open the Sign Up form
- You see the “Create Account” form with the title “Get started with your organization account.”
- Options shown:
- Continue with Apple
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Microsoft
- Or continue with email (email/password fields below)
Step 2: Choose how to sign up
Option A — Sign up with email (recommended for new organizations)
- Fill in the form fields as described in the Input fields section below.
- Click “Create Account.”
- What happens next:
- If your organization is already registered: You see an “Organisation Already Registered” message. Use the options there (e.g. “Request access” or “Sign in”) instead of creating a new account.
- If signup succeeds and email must be verified: You see “Check Your Email” with instructions to click the verification link we sent. After you click the link, you can continue to onboarding or sign in.
- If signup succeeds and the system logs you in automatically: You are taken to the Dashboard (or onboarding if it’s your first time).
Option B — Sign up with Google / Apple / Microsoft
- Click “Continue with Google” (or Apple / Microsoft).
- Complete the provider’s sign-in/consent in the popup or redirect.
- If your account is new, BotIntelli may still ask for organization details (e.g. company name) depending on configuration. Follow the on-screen steps.
- When finished, you are signed in and taken to the Dashboard or onboarding.
Option C — Sign up via invitation
- Open the invitation link you received (e.g.
https://app.botintelli.com/?invitation_token=...orhttps://app.botintelli.com/register?invitation_token=...). - The form shows “Accept Invitation” and “Create your account to join the organization.”
- A blue notice says: “You’re joining via invitation” — your account will be linked to the inviting organization.
- Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email, Password, and Confirm Password.
Company Name is not required when signing up via invitation. - Click “Create Account & Join Organization.”
- If successful, you are logged in and taken to the Dashboard.
Step 3: After sign up
- Email verification required: Check your email, click the verification link, then sign in or continue setup.
- Already logged in: You’ll be on the Dashboard or Onboarding (first-time setup).
- Invitation signup: You’re already a member of the inviting organization.
Input Fields (Email Sign Up)

Validation messages you might see:
- “First name must be at least 2 characters” — shorten or correct first name.
- “Please enter a valid email” — check format (e.g.
user@domain.com). - “Company name must be at least 2 characters” — only for non-invitation signup.
- “Password must contain uppercase, lowercase, and number” — add the missing type of character.
- “Password must be at least 8 characters” — use a longer password.
- “Passwords don’t match” — make sure Confirm Password matches Password.
Organisation Already Registered
If the email domain (e.g. @yourcompany.com) is already registered:
- The app shows “Organisation Already Registered.”
- You’ll see options such as:
- “Request access” — ask an admin of that organization to add you.
- “Sign in” — if you already have an account, sign in instead.
- “Use a different email address” — sign up with another email (e.g. personal) if appropriate.
Use the option that fits your situation (usually Request access or Sign in).
After Email Verification (when required)
- Check your email for the message from BotIntelli.
- Click the verification link in that email.
- You’ll be taken to the Verify page:
- Success: Click “Continue Setup” to go to onboarding, or you may be signed in and sent to the Dashboard.
- Error (e.g. link expired): Use “Resend Verification Email” or “Back to Sign In” and request a new link from the Resend verification page if needed.
Resend Verification Email
If you didn’t receive the verification email:
- From the “Check Your Email” screen, click “Didn’t receive the email? Resend verification.”
- Or go to: Resend verification (e.g.
https://app.botintelli.com/resend-verification). - Enter the same email address you used to sign up.
- Submit the form. A new verification email will be sent. Check spam/junk if needed.

Troubleshooting

“Organisation already registered”
Your email domain is already in use. Request access from your org admin or sign in with an existing account. -
“Registration failed” / “Network error”
Check internet connection and try again. If it persists, try another browser or clear cache. -
Verification link expired or invalid
Use Resend verification and click the new link soon after receiving it. -
Google/Apple/Microsoft not working
Ensure popups are allowed and you complete the provider’s screen. If the button says “Google Sign-in Not Configured,” use email sign up instead.
