This guide explains how to sign in to your BotIntelli account: where to go, what to enter, and what to do if you see errors or two-factor authentication (2FA).


Where to Sign In

  • Website / app URL: Open BotIntelli (or your BotIntelli app URL).
  • The main landing page shows the Sign In form by default with the title “Sign in to continue to BotIntelli.”
  • Direct link: https://app.botintelli.com or https://app.botintelli.com/?mode=signin

Complete Sign In Journey

Step 1: Open the Sign In page

  • You see the “Welcome Back” heading and “Sign in to continue to BotIntelli.”
  • Options shown:
    • Continue with Apple
    • Continue with Google
    • Continue with Microsoft
    • Or continue with email (email and password below)

Step 2: Choose how to sign in

Option A — Sign in with email and password

  1. Enter your Email Address (the one you used to register).
  2. Enter your Password.
  3. (Optional) If you forgot your password, click “Forgot password?” — you’ll go to the Forgot Password flow (see the Forgot Password guide).
  4. Click “Sign In.”
  5. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled: A modal appears asking for your 6-digit code (or backup code). Enter it and click “Verify.” See the Two-Factor Authentication section below.
  6. If sign-in succeeds: You are taken to the Dashboard (or the page you were redirected from, if any).

Option B — Sign in with Google / Apple / Microsoft

  1. Click “Continue with Google” (or Apple / Microsoft).
  2. Complete the provider’s sign-in (and consent if first time) in the popup or new tab.
  3. When the provider finishes, you are signed in to BotIntelli and taken to the Dashboard (or the redirect URL).

Step 3: After sign in

  • You land on the Dashboard (or the URL stored in the redirect parameter).
  • You can use all features according to your role and permissions.

Input Fields (Email Sign In)

Email AddressThe email linked to your BotIntelli accountMust be a valid email format (e.g. you@company.com). Use the same email you used when you signed up.
PasswordYour account passwordAt least 8 characters. Case-sensitive.

Validation messages you might see:

  • “Please enter a valid email” — Check the email format (e.g. name@domain.com).
  • “Password must be at least 8 characters” — Your password must be 8 or more characters.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If your account has 2FA enabled:

  1. After you enter email and password and click “Sign In,” a “Two-Factor Authentication” modal appears.
  2. Message: “Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to complete sign in.”
  3. What to enter:
    • 6-digit code from your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Authy), or
    • 8-character backup code if you have one.
  4. Enter the code in the box (placeholder: “000000 or backup code”).
  5. Click “Verify.”
  6. If the code is correct, you are signed in and the modal closes; you’re taken to the Dashboard.
  7. If you see “Invalid verification code” or similar, recheck the code (and that the authenticator time is correct) and try again. You can click “Cancel” to return to the sign-in form.

Common Errors and What to Do

Message / situationWhat to do
“Please verify your email before signing in”You haven’t verified your email yet. Check your inbox for the BotIntelli verification email and click the link. If you didn’t get it, use Resend verification (e.g. from the sign-up success screen or /resend-verification).
“Invalid email or password”Check that the email and password are correct (including caps lock). If you forgot the password, use “Forgot password?” and follow the Forgot Password guide.
“Google sign-in is not configured”The app isn’t set up for Google sign-in. Use email and password to sign in instead.
“Continue with Apple/Microsoft” fails or is unavailableUse email and password, or try Continue with Google if it’s available.
“Account locked” / “Account Security Alert”Your account may be locked for security. Contact support or your organization admin.
“Invalid verification code” (2FA)Re-enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, or try a backup code. Ensure device time is correct.
Network errorCheck your internet connection and try again.

  • “Forgot password?” (top right of the form) — Takes you to the Forgot Password flow so you can request a reset link.
  • “Don’t have an account? Sign up” (bottom) — Takes you to the Sign Up form (/?mode=signup).

Redirect After Sign In

  • By default you are taken to the Dashboard (/dashboard).
  • If you opened the app with a redirect parameter (e.g. after an email link), you may be sent to that URL after sign-in.
