BotIntelli — Insight Feed User Guide
This guide explains the Insight Feed: what it is, how to view and filter insights, and how to refresh or dismiss items.
What Is the Insight Feed?
The Insight Feed shows proactive insights detected across your datasets—e.g. trends, anomalies, or summaries the system generates without you asking a question. You can scan them, filter by read/unread, and refresh the list.
Where to Find It
- Sidebar: AI Analytics → Insight Feed.
- URL:

Complete User Journey
Step 1: Open Insight Feed
- You see a header (“Insight Feed”, “Proactive insights detected across your datasets”) and a list of insight cards (or a message that there are no insights yet).
Step 2: View Insights
- Each insight may show:
- Title or summary.
- Short description or snippet.
- Date/time or “unread” indicator.
- Optional chart or metric.
- Click an insight (if supported) to see more detail or to open related data.
Step 3: Filter and Refresh
- Filter: Use “Showing unread” / “All insights” (or similar) to show only unread items or all. Toggle to switch.
- Refresh: Click Refresh to reload the feed and fetch the latest insights.
Step 4: Dismiss (When Available)
- If the UI supports it, dismiss or mark as read so the insight no longer appears in the unread filter.
Input Fields and Actions
| Element | What to do |
|---|---|
| Filter (unread / all) | Toggle between “Showing unread” and “All insights” to narrow or broaden the list. |
| Refresh | Reload the feed to get the latest insights. |
| Insight card | Click to view full detail or related data (if supported). |
| Dismiss / Mark read | Use the control on the card to dismiss or mark as read (if available). |
Tips
- No insights: The feed may be empty if the system hasn’t generated insights yet; ensure data sources and pipelines are connected and that insights are enabled for your plan.
- Stale list: Use Refresh to pull new insights.
